As the audience enter a bar, they start to experience its particular atmosphere, engaging in conversation with the actors. In an age of depression and forced laughter the world needs a place where strangers can meet to tell their stories…and peel onions.

Onion Bar examines a favourite subject matter of the Para Active collective, that of cultural conflicts and the role of the outsider in society.
